Prima nel negozio gli hanno detto che doveva avere la mascherina (ma i due titolari o dipendenti non l'avevano in negozio)lui ha chiesto appunto la mascherina da comprare perché era senza.
Riusltato:gli ne hanno data una sfusa non confezionata al prezzo di "1 euro" chiaramente senza scontrino fiscale.
Mai più.
Today my husband came in to buy a mask around 3pm.
Before in the shop they told him that he had to have the mask (but the two owners or employees did not have it in the shop) he asked precisely the mask to buy because it was without.
Result: they gave him a loose, unwrapped one at the price of "1 euro" clearly without receipt.
Never again.
