Ci hanno ritornato l'auto con gli stessi tre problemi in più sporca (hanno detto che la pulivano) e in più si sono presi 75 euro per descrivere esattamente i problemi che sapevamo già che c'erano sulla ricevuta dei lavori NON FATTI...ancora stiamo digerendo questo scherzo.
We brought the Jaguar with three failures, we described them as well. They returned the car with the same three more dirty problems (they said they cleaned it) and in addition they took 75 euros to describe exactly the problems we already knew were there on the receipt of the NOT DONE jobs ... we are still digesting this joke.
