l	luca lanzafame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo messo 2 stelle per alcune cose a me non piaciute, dalla gestione delle chiavi e informazioni che tra colleghi non si erano passate, ritardando di fatto l'invio della richiesta alla società di noleggio, e per altre piccole cose aggiunte. una persona presentatasi al telefono come referente, Invece di cercare di capire e rimediare, mi ha fatto una telefonata che tutto sembrava tranne che di chi vuole capire, con tono arrogante praticamente mi rimproverava perchè ho messo 2 stelle, invece di chiedermi cosa secondo me non è andato bene e perchè, praticamente si attribuiva da solo meriti senza chiedere prima la mia di visione, e mi parlava con toni altezzosi e di rimprovero.... Beh caro signore le dico 2 cose: 1 impara l'umiltà, 2 ma per caso ho dato autorizzazione ad usare il mio numero di telefono personale per chiamate ed interviste fuori da quello che era la comunicazione sul veicolo in assistenza? NON MI PARE.. Con l'educazione si va dappertutto, senza quella puoi credere di essere chi vuoi ma a me paura con quei toni non ne fai. E per questo la stella è una sola. Mi spiace per le 2 persone che con me personalmente sono state educatissime e professionali, ma come si dice.... A causa di un marinaio affonda una nave. (quì i marinai che hanno sbagliato sono stati 2) e se prima mi ero limitato solo alle 2 stelle adesso ho descritto l'accaduto. Posso solo ringraziarli non solo per la professionalità e disponibilità verso un cliente che metteva piede per la prima volta in officina, ma anche per il prezzo finale, assolutamente congruo per l'impegno profuso.
