Personale all'accettazione squisito.
Non posso raccontare lo stesso dell'esperienza in vasca per istruttori/ci che rimangono per 45 minuti sedute, con gambe accavallate. Potete immaginare come i ragazzi vengono seguiti per imparare a nuotare.
Per non parlare dei turni di spinbike saturi, poiché non vi sono abbastanza bike. Gli istruttori si ingegnano in un mix di acquagym e spinke, con un continuo sali e scendi da queste bike. Sdoppiare i turni ...nooo.
Gli istruttori c'è la mettono tutta... tanto da invitare chi non si adegua a non venire in piscina.
Bisogna ricordare a questa signora che dall'altra parte ci sono clienti non sudditi.

Ho cercato diverse volte di contattare la direzione con telefonate e richiesta di incontro con le signore gentilissime della segreteria ma senza alcun esito. Se l'amministrazione ha interesse avete il mio contatto telefonico.

I cannot tell the same about the experience in the tub for instructors / those who remain seated for 45 minutes, with legs crossed. You can imagine how the boys are followed to learn how to swim.
Not to mention the saturated spinbike shifts, as there aren't enough bikes. The instructors strive in a mix of water aerobics and spinke, with a continuous up and down from these bikes. Split shifts ... nooo.
The instructors do their best ... so much so as to invite those who do not adapt not to come to the pool.
This lady must be reminded that on the other side there are non-subject customers.

I have tried several times to contact the management with phone calls and request to meet the very kind ladies of the secretariat but without any result. If the administration is interested you have my telephone contact.
