Chiesta l'attivazione del servizio fisso + internet e il titolare, oltre a inviare SMS dal contenuto non pertinente e invasivo, non ha fornito alcun supporto in relazione a inaccettabili ritardi dovuti a presunti problemi tecnici del gestore. Il commesso, invece, è stato collaborativo e cortese.
