Ritorno al negozio e mi dice che non può farci nulla, tutto alla modica cifra di 60 euro e senza rilasciare scontrino. Terrible. Pagata la riparazione (100 euro) accendiamo il cellulare e scopriamo che non funziona più per un problema alla scheda madre - e ci viene risposto che "il costo della riparazione è stato fatto ad occhio per i vetri, infatti il telefono è stato restituito due ore dopo".. bella prova restituire un telefono non funzionante! Non mi sembra un buon record. Ovviamente persi i soldi della riparazione e il cellulare perchè lo staff, nella sua arroganza, non solo non ha controllato eventuali problemi del telefono (portato in assistenza perchè caduto) ma si rifiuta anche di ammettere qualsivoglia responsabilità, nonostante il telefono sia stato riconsegnato ROTTO dopo il pagamento della riparazione. Sconsigliatissimo e mi affretterò a sconsigliarlo a chiunque conosca. Inutile perdersi in chiacchiere: evitate questo posto. Bad, bad experience. Stanco mi reco alla Apple di Marcianise , dove capiscono al volo il difetto delle stesse, quindi ritorno dal signor Crescenzo riferisco la cosa è mi vien detto che nn aveva il prodotto in cambio, cosa che hanno subito fatto alla Apple !
