Tutto è più o meno molliccio e già alla sera se non lo scaldi nel forno non lo puoi mangiare, ma la vera chicca è rappresentata dagli zoccoletti che si chiamano così perché sono pesanti e coriacei come zoccoli e per giunta dal costo spropositato, se consideriamo il loro peso specifico. Di mangiare il loro pane il giorno dopo non se ne parla nemmeno, mentre quelli fatti per bene sono buoni anche al terzo giorno. Ho più volte segnalato la situazione con mail al FR, na nulla è cambiato, anzi a mio parere sembra addirittura peggiorato. Preferirei non acquistarlo, anche se a volte sono costretto per necessità. Everything is more or less soggy and already in the evening if you do not heat it in the oven you cannot eat it, but the real gem is represented by the clogs that are called this way because they are heavy and leathery like clogs and in addition by the disproportionate cost, if we consider the their specific gravity. We don't even talk about eating their bread the next day, while those made for good are also good on the third day. I have repeatedly reported the situation by email to the FR, na nothing has changed, in fact in my opinion it seems even worse. I would prefer not to buy it, even if sometimes I am forced out of necessity.
