★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale qualificato, sorrisi sempre splendenti e un modo anche di accogliere il cliente è metterlo a proprio agio davvero da promuovere. Mi servo spesso in questo forno devo dire che e tutto buono quello che viene prodotto. Dal dolce al pane e la pizza tutto molto buono complimenti.
 Qualified staff, always bright smiles and a way to welcome the customer is to put him at ease really to promote. I often use this oven, I must say that everything is good. From sweet to bread and pizza all very good compliments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forno dove trovi pane di grano duro e tenero, con lievito madre e normale e non è tutto: qui trovi pasticceria locale e siciliana come i cannoli fatti a regola d"arte. Non dimentichiamo le arancine siciliane e le famose panelle. Personale gioviale e molto disponibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio preferito in assoluto, non è vicino a casa, ma cerco di andare sempre lì (zona Anagrafe). A parte il buon pane (di tanti tipi), cornetti alla crema super, buona focaccia tipo genovese, buoni arancini... tutte cose non scontate qui a Modena.
Occhio che le pagnotte finiscono presto la mattina!
My absolute favorite, it's not close to home, but I always try to go there (Anagrafe area). Apart from good bread (of many types), croissants with super cream, good Genoese-type focaccia, good arancini ... all things not taken for granted here in Modena.
Watch out that the loaves run out early in the morning!
