Il cambio gomme per me è stato effettuato in contemporanea da due addetti, risultando così velocissimo. Prima di riconsegnarmi l'auto uno di loro ha fatto un rapido giro di prova per testarla, ed inoltre nel prezzo della sostituzione è compreso un richiamo dopo 3000 km per testarne l'efficacia. Davvero da consigliare: bravi, veloci e professionali. Great service, help you make the best choice according to your needs. Hanno provveduto tempestivamente a sostituirmi lo pneumatico danneggiato nonostante fossero già oltre l'orario di lavoro. Portata da un gommista che lavora come si deve riparata e acquistato i bulloni che quel gentil signore mi ha rovinato. Nonostante non avessi prenotato mi hanno gentilmente inserito tra gli appuntamenti e mi hanno subito servito. Il dipendente mi fa il cambio e mi dà anche qualche consiglio, molto cortese. Vado a pagare ed il conto è diventato di 50€! Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene risposto che avendo preso le gomme da internet loro applicano un sovrapprezzo (prima non l'avevano detto, sennò me ne sarei andato via subito). Il titolare mi domanda perché non ho chiesto un preventivo da loro prima di acquistare su internet, gli rispondo "Voi a quanto me le avreste vendute gomme così?"... non mi risponde. Gli aggiungo che non credo che mi avrebbero dato gomme fabbricate la settimana scorsa (come invece quelle che ho appena montato) e anche qui non mi risponde... Il gentile titolare conclude con un simpatico augurio, avvisandomi che gomme troppo nuove potrebbero essere pericolose... (me ne sn uscito toccando "ferro") Mi spiace per il dipendente cortese che mi ha fatto il cambio ma non credo mi rivedranno. La trasparenza è la prima legge del marketing e qui è mancata di brutto.
