★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane è fatto con lievito madre e cotto in forno a legna. Il risultato è semplicemente una favola. Ottima anche la produzione di panettoni nel periodo natalizio.
Bread is made with sourdough and cooked in a wood oven. The result is simply a fairy tale. Panettone production was also excellent over the Christmas period.

Partiamo dal pane cunzato, è da 10 anni che frequento Trapani l'ho provato in tutti i panifici di Trapani e questo non eguali. Andiamo al pane, in tutti i suoi formati non puoi non apprezzare la maestria, una maestria che sa di altri tempi. In parole povere se siete a Trapani dedicategli qualche minuto, sarà un'esperienza sensoriale.... è solo pane ma dopo averlo provato non sarà più lo stesso pane....
undoubtedly this is where I eat the best bread by far. Let's start with the cunzato bread, I've been going to Trapani for 10 years. I've tried it in all the bakeries in Trapani and this is not equal. Let's go to bread, in all its formats you cannot fail to appreciate the mastery, a skill that tastes of other times. In other words, if you are in Trapani, take a few minutes for it, it will be a sensory experience .... it's just bread but after trying it it will never be the same bread ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vuoi mangiare un pane con una particolare lievitazione devi comprarlo e assaggiarlo. Unico nella sua produzione accompagnato da altri prodotti, quali i biscotti di fico o mandorle senza uguali oltre alle pizzette e tutto il resto. Grande qualità artigianale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente tra i panifici migliori di Trapani/Erice ubicato nel quartiere di villa mocarta in periferia della città il pane a mio avviso veramente ottimo per non parlare delle mufulette che si fanno nel periodo di novembre (San Martino) l'unica nota negativa se si può così dire, e che il negozio e piccolo con poco bancone così i prodotti non si possono valorizzare bene e quindi invogliare il cliente. Ma ripeto tra i migliori della città. Consigliato
