★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a questo forno per una settimana di vacanza. Abbiamo comprato buonissime focacce baresi, focacce ripiene, taralli di vari gusti, friselle. Ma non solo! Il forno propone anche piatti della tradizione pugliese da ordinare con almeno un giorno di anticipo, tra cui il polpo con patate in pignatta e parmigiana di melanzane. Abbiamo provato entrambi: tutto eccellente e genuino, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e proprietaria molto accogliente e gentile. Il forno si trova appena fuori dal paese ma c'è anche un punto vendita in pieno centro di Alessano. Consigliatissimo!
We turned to this oven for a week's vacation. We bought very good Bari focaccia, stuffed focaccia, taralli of various flavors, friselle. But not only! The oven also offers traditional Apulian dishes to be ordered at least one day in advance, including octopus with potatoes in pot and eggplant parmigiana. We tried both: all excellent and genuine, excellent value for money and very welcoming and kind owner. The oven is located just outside the town but there is also a store in the center of Alessano. Highly recommended!
