A	Alessandro Di Felice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima nel caseificio di Porto Vado....non posso giudicare la qualità del prodotto perché a causa dell incompetente servizio dopo aver perso un pomeriggio per ordinare il giorno prima tutte i formaggi da riportare a casa la mattina seguente andiamo per ritirare semplicemente le nostre cose e per magia ci viene comunicato che i nostri prodotti non c erano o erano finiti.Si precisa che il ragazzo che il giorno precedente ci aveva preso gli ordini segnandoli su di un quaderno non c era e al suo posto vi era una donna incapace di stare al pubblico e irrispettosa nei confronti dei clienti sia del luogo che vacanzieri. Ampia selezione di burrate (perfino di mare!), salumi (consiglio capocollo di Martina Franca), di taralli e di friselle! Un posto d'oro per chi vuole assaggiare le tipicità di ottima qualità. Ottima anche la mozzarella fiordilatte. Dobbiamo ancora assaggiare i salumi ma non dubitiamo della loro bontà. Superb burrata, tasty, soft, but not liquid. Perfect in its balance. Direi ottimo in tutto, ogni volta che vado nel Salento è una delle tappe d'obbligo. Ottimo anche il rapporto prezzo qualità. Consigliato. Questa volta abbiamo voluto provare a fare aperitivo a Ruffano, anche se la definizione aperitivo è errata. Qualità sempre ottima dei prodotti ma prezzi esagerati: tagliere MEDIO per due persone (abbiamo chiesto consiglio alla dipendente non essendoci mai stati) e una bottiglietta piccola d’acqua 34 euro. Vivendo in Toscana che è la terra dei taglieri, non mi sono mai ritrovata a pagarne uno 34 euro senza vino. Per non parlare che se si va in un posto chiamato Burrateria, io mi aspetto come minimo una burrata nel tagliere e in questo caso avrei capito il prezzo finale. Mi limito alle considerazioni sul prezzo e voglio volutamente omettere quelle sul servizio, per gli ottimi prodotti sempre acquistati ad Alessano. Buona l’idea, ma migliorabile.
