Negli ultimi 3 giorni avevo bisogno di comprare del materiale: entro e come sempre NON TI DICONO MAI BUONGIORNO, sono male organizzati, con una sola persona cliente davanti a me in coda me ne sono andato dopo 15 minuti di attesa e questo è successo ben 3 volte negli ultimi 3 giorni.
Sicuramente non ci torno più e andrò alla concorrenza dove al front office sono MOLTO più organizzati di voi.
Dovete capire che il cliente NON E' OBBLIGATORIO CHE DEBBA ATTENDERE E NON STATE FACENDO UN FAVORE QUANDO LO SERVITE.
Spero che un responsabile legga questo commento che ha il solo scopo di essere costruttivo.
WELCOME AS ALWAYS BAD! In the last 3 days I needed to buy some material: within and as always they NEVER SAY GOOD MORNING, they are badly organized, with only one customer in front of me in the queue I left after 15 minutes of waiting and this happened 3 times in the last 3 days.
I'm definitely not going back and going to the competition where they are MUCH more organized than you are at the front office.
You must understand that the customer IS NOT MANDATORY THAT THEY MUST WAIT AND YOU ARE NOT DOING A FAVOR WHEN YOU SERVE HIM.
I hope a manager reads this comment which is only meant to be constructive.
