Per questo mi dispiace rilevare che il prezzo del PH minor non sia stato ridotto proporzionalmente alla riduzione della concentrazione di acido dal 30 al 15%. Praticamente il prezzo dell’acido attualmente è oltre doppio di quello del supermercato di Narni. Chiedo una spiegazione al proprietario. Produco la parte tecnica relativa allo strutturale della piscina a mie spese(geologo,geometra,ingegnere) per poi inoltrare il tutto in data 18.06 presso loro ufficio tecnico per programmare il da farsi. Ad oggi 09.07 nessuna risposta, spariti! Non rispondono al telefono ne alle mail. Si professano professionisti del settore ma non sono strutturati per farlo. Si appoggiano a ditte esterne per la realizzazione della piscina, con le conseguenze del caso qualora queste non diano la disponibilità per iniziare i lavori. In a word, embarrassing! Stiamo pazientando da mesi, i lavori di rifacimento della nostra piscina sono stati iniziati e mai proseguiti, a dispetto di tutte le promesse. Il personale di segreteria, che risponde sempre al telefono, è cortese e disponibile ma sempre imbarazzato e totalmente impotente di fronte all'operato del responsabile. Costui non risponde mai al telefono, qualificandosi come un maleducato, e si è impegnato a più riprese con promesse alle quali non ha mai dato seguito. NOT PROFESSIONAL. NOT EVEN CORRECT.
