★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho chiesto né un risarcimento né tantomeno un paio di scarpe nuove per il mio malcontento espresso su un paio di tacchi indossati per meno di 3 ore...ma mi aspettavo fortemente onestà e professionalità..questo si. Non si trova,per giunta,nessuna informazione su contatti che possano fare riferimento all'azienda delle scarpe acquistate per cercare di avere un filo diretto con l'azienda per risolvere, in maniera del tutto AUTONOMA, l'alterazione del prodotto.
I have neither asked for compensation nor for a pair of new shoes for my discontent expressed on a pair of heels worn for less than 3 hours ... but I was expecting a lot of honesty and professionalism ... this is it. Furthermore, there is no information on contacts that can refer to the company of the shoes purchased to try to have a direct line with the company to solve the alteration of the product in a completely AUTONOMOUS manner.
