for me Claudia is very good the place is not very big but it is well kept clean warm in winter and cool in summer the guys who work with her are good and careful the prices are standard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il taglio può andare....ma mi sono presa una bronchite due settimane fa, dicevo di sentire freddo ma la porta è rimasta aperta....ero in mezzo alla corrente...lavaggio non distante da porta di ingresso...avevo chiesto una mantellina almeno durante il lavaggio mi è stata negata e risposto che al termine mi avrebbero ridato il mio giacchetto ma la testa nel frattempo era chiaramente bagnata (shampoo + posa balsamo) stando in mezzo alla corrente. Posso solo concludere che non c è attenzione verso il cliente...altrimenti la porta l avrebbero chiusa senza rispondere...senza controbattere che loro non sentivano freddo! E nn mi sarei influenzata.
Capisco che è difficile intuire certe sensazioni...ma l esigenza è stata espressa a gran voce e non sottointesa. Spero resti impresso questo avvenimento x evitare malanni agli altri clienti e che si rendano conto della scortesia commessa. A tutto c è rimedio. L importante è ammetterlo.
The cut can go .... but I got bronchitis two weeks ago, I said I felt cold but the door remained open .... I was in the middle of the current ... washing not far from the front door ... I had asked for a cape at least during the washing I was denied and replied that at the end they would give me back my jacket but in the meantime my head was clearly wet (shampoo + conditioner) being in the middle of the current. I can only conclude that there is no attention to the customer ... otherwise the door would have closed without answering ... without arguing that they did not feel cold! And I wouldn't have influenced myself.
I understand that it is difficult to understand certain sensations ... but the need was expressed in a loud voice and not implied. I hope this event will remain imprinted to avoid illness to other customers and that they become aware of the rudeness committed. There is a remedy for everything. The important thing is to admit it.
