★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surely there's plenty of nice cars, and part of the staff is friendly. There is a fully equipped and efficient workshop, but the phone assistance is very very bad and the wait to do almost anything can be extremely long and tedious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a returning client, I expected a little more customer service. The only truly helpful guy was the one who showed me a car as opposed to the salesman. The selection of cars was limited and overpriced. They were more interested in selling a finance pack as opposed to my desire to pay there and then. A week later the problematic car that I had bought from them previously, died! An omen if you like. Definitely will be taking my money elsewhere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first it was a bit tricky to get in touch with a representative from Carpoint who could answer our questions, but we were finally introduced to David who was fantastic! Responsive, patient and very kind.
We bought a Ford Puma and are extremely satisfied with the car and all the features and services provided by Carpoint (as we did everything long-distance + virtually). Can definitely recommend!
