Tuttavia il personale addetto all'assistenza lascia molto a desiderare. Approssimazione nella gestione delle riparazioni, mancanza di puntualità nella riconsegna, poca chiarezza nel comunicare i prezzi degli interventi.
 Beyond the quality of Ford vehicles, this dealer boasts among its staff the best brokers / sellers in circulation, very competent and able to always find the best solution for each customer. However, the service staff leaves much to be desired. Approximation in the management of repairs, lack of punctuality in the redelivery, little clarity in communicating the prices of the interventions.
