Richiesto bracciolo, arrivato dopo due mesi dall'acquisto dell'auto, spedizione a carico mio, e come se non bastasse è arrivato la versione in tessuto, anche se chi l'ha ordinato era al corrente dell'allestimento in pelle della macchina. Troppe disattenzioni.
Good in selling and understanding my needs, but totally absent and inattentive in solving the requests made for the machine accessories. Requested armrest, arrived two months after the purchase of the car, shipping at my expense, and as if that weren't enough, the fabric version arrived, even if whoever ordered it was aware of the leather trim of the car. Too many carelessness.
