★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un appuntamento su internet alle 17.30, arrivo puntuale ma l'unico consulente è impegnato con dei clienti, dico che avevo un appuntamento ma mi dice di ripassare dopo una mezz'ora senza scusarsi. Dunque ritorno dopo ma ci sono ancora i soliti clienti, non vengo minimamente considerato, sono ormai le 18.30 quando mi lamento di tutta quella attesa e dico che almeno se non potevano rispettare l'appuntamento potevano avvisarmi dato che io avevo lasciato telefono e mail, Il consulente accampa scuse ridicole e mi dà un biglietto da visita dicendo di contattarlo per fissare un nuovo appuntamento. Col cavolo che mi rivedono!
 I booked an appointment on the internet at 5.30 pm, I arrive on time but the only consultant is busy with clients, I say I had an appointment but he tells me to come back after half an hour without apologizing. So I come back later but there are still the usual customers, I am not in the least considered, it is now 18.30 when I complain about all that waiting and I say that at least if they could not respect the appointment they could notify me since I had left my phone and email, consultant makes ridiculous excuses and gives me a business card telling me to contact him to make a new appointment. Hell that they see me again!
