★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concessionaria pessima. Mi hanno venduto una Fiat 500 usata del 2010 e dopo pochi giorni sono iniziati i guai. La macchina mi era stata consegnata dopo che l'officina della concessionaria aveva fatto tutti i controlli e per loro era perfetta. Invece: vibrazioni, aria condizionata e riscaldamento non pervenuti, un consumo eccessivo di olio, etc, etc. Dopo ripetuti tentativi riesco a mettermi in contatto con la concessionaria che mi manda alla loro unica officina disponibile a fine agosto a vernio( io abito a firenze)
Lì risolvono qualcosina, ma mi dicono che va cambiato un semi asse. In breve, oltre ai 7.000 euro per l acquisto avrei dovuto spendere altri 2.000 euro su un' auto del 2010 con 1500 chilometri. Chiedo di restituirla in concessionarie e prendere un'altra auto. Poche proposte. Tutte auto vecchie o con prezzi esagerati. Inoltre il signor Aldo Rocchi è stato veramente maleducato in più occasioni. Ho fatto valutare l'auto da altre due concessionarie: poco più di 1.000 euro. Non si vende una macchina in queste condizioni e in più non si cerca di guadagnarci ancora sopra. È una cosa vergognosa! Chiaramente sconsiglio vivamente questa concessionaria gestita da persone scorrette e maleducate.
Bad dealership. They sold me a used Fiat 500 from 2010 and after a few days the trouble started. The car was delivered to me after the dealership workshop had done all the checks and it was perfect for them. Instead: vibrations, air conditioning and heating not received, excessive consumption of oil, etc, etc. After repeated attempts I manage to get in touch with the dealership that sends me to their only workshop available at the end of August in Vernio (I live in Florence)
There they solve a little something, but they tell me that a semi-axle needs to be changed. In short, in addition to the 7,000 euros for the purchase, I would have had to spend another 2,000 euros on a 2010 car with 1500 kilometers. I ask you to return it to dealerships and take another car. Few proposals. All old cars or with exaggerated prices. Furthermore, Mr. Aldo Rocchi was really rude on several occasions. I had the car evaluated by two other dealerships: just over 1,000 euros. You don't sell a car in these conditions and you don't try to make more money on it. It is a shameful thing! Clearly I strongly advise against this dealership run by unfair and rude people.

22/11/2021. ho portato l'auto danneggiata (da me secondo loro )perché l'anomalia al motore segnalata andava subito portata in officina (signori son passati 2 mesi dall'acquisto che già si segnala un anomalia!!)
Dopo una settimana si arriva a capire che è la centralina ma ancora non è stata ordinata perché deve essere super visionata
Dopo la supervisione si decide di ordinare la centralina
Verso metà dicembre arriva il pezzo ma sbagliato...la responsabilità non è chiara , omertà sull'errore(come se si fosse alla scuola materna)
In quest'occasione mi viene concessa quindi un'auto sostitutiva (dopo quasi un mese)con le ruote anteriori completamente consumate per cui il 25/12/21 mi si fora quella di dx e il 2/1/22 quella di sx.
Ad oggi sono ancora a piedi da 1mese e 15 giorni e comincio veramente a pensare di intraprendere un'azione legale

11/22/2021. I brought the damaged car (according to me) because the reported engine anomaly had to be immediately brought to the workshop (gentlemen 2 months have passed since the purchase which already indicates an anomaly !!)
After a week you come to understand that it is the control unit but it has not yet been ordered because it has to be super viewed
After the supervision it is decided to order the control unit
Towards mid-December the piece arrives but wrong ... the responsibility is not clear, silence about the error (as if it were in kindergarten)
On this occasion, I am therefore granted a replacement car (after almost a month) with the front wheels completely worn so on 25/12/21 I puncture the one on the right and on 2/1/22 the one on the left.
To date, I have still been on foot for 1 month and 15 days and I really begin to think about taking legal action
