Ho trattato l'acquisto con il Sig. Beppe Porcellana e mi è piaciuto molto il suo comportamento, persona che parla poco ma fa tanti fatti come piace a me. Anche il resto dello staff l'ho trovato cortese ed efficiente.
Passati tre mesi esatti dalla firma del contratto ho ricevuto la mia Mazda 3 Skyactiv X nuova di zecca, presso la sede di Asti. L'esperienza di acquisto con questa concessionaria iniziata già egregiamente è finita altrettanto bene. Ho trovato competenza professionalità e gentilezza in tutta la fase intercorsa tra ordine e consegna. Amministrativamente impeccabili dall'inizio alla fine. Nulla da eccepire.
I went to their Asti office to buy a new Mazda 3, I was treated with courtesy and kindness.
I treated the purchase with Mr. Beppe Porcellana and I really liked his behavior, a person who speaks little but does as many facts as I like. I also found the rest of the staff to be courteous and efficient.
Exactly three months after signing the contract, I received my brand new Mazda 3 Skyactiv X at the Asti site. The buying experience with this dealership that started very well has ended just as well. I found competence, professionalism and kindness throughout the whole order and delivery phase. Administratively impeccable from beginning to end. Nothing to complain.
