La persona che ho trovato in officina, non so se sia il titolare, si è resa subito disponibile ad aiutarmi in maniera molto gentile e simpatica.

I needed to top up my car with oil and even if it is not a Ford and having happened on a day of celebration in Campobasso with all the distributors and workshops closed I was really lucky to come across this dealer.
The person I found in the workshop, I don't know if he is the owner, immediately made himself available to help me in a very kind and nice way.
