★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fissato stamattina, abitiamo a più di 40 km. Ci prendiamo la mattina al lavoro e arriviamo puntuali alle 10:45 come da appuntamento. Ci viene incontro un signore sgarbatissimo che ci dice di tornare al pomeriggio perché hanno tutto pieno per vari appuntamenti. Gli diciamo che anche noi abbiamo appuntamento e ci guarda come a dire che me ne frega. Non torneremo più non una concessionaria con personale così maleducato e che non sa nemmeno gestire gli appuntamenti. Figuriamoci il resto!
 We fixed this morning, we live more than 40 km. We pick up at work in the morning and arrive on time at 10:45 as per appointment. A very rude gentleman comes to meet us and tells us to come back in the afternoon because they have everything full for various appointments. We tell him that we have an appointment too and he looks at us as if to say I don't care. We will never go back to not a dealership with such rude staff and who can't even manage appointments. Let alone the rest!

Friendly and correct sellers. I had passed because I intended to purchase a diesel puma. They were very correct in giving me the information, unfortunately the puma diesel is no longer available but I really appreciate their honesty.
