E' da 2 mesi che giro concessionarie e quasi sempre ho trovato venditori sgarbati, saccenti, aggressivi che non avevano alcuna voglia di vendere (montati probabilmente dagli incentivi che gli hanno riempito le tasche). Invece qui sono rimasta veramente stupita dalla gentilezza e dalla cordialità del venditore, a quanto pare una rarità! Super consigliato :) I found a truly delightful seller. Kind, honest, available and ready to meet me and advise me at best. I have been touring dealerships for 2 months and I have almost always found rude, know-it-all, aggressive sellers who had no desire to sell (probably mounted by the incentives that have filled their pockets). Instead here I was really surprised by the kindness and friendliness of the seller, apparently a rarity! Super recommended :)

Ho comprato la macchina e mi era stato detto che era stato effettuata la distribuzione, in più si era accesa la spia del motore ma mi avevano garantito che era soltanto una spia di "avviso" per la revisione del gpl che doveva essere fatta poi nel 2022. Morale della favola: nella macchina non è mai stata effettuata la distribuzione e la spia si accendeva perché gli iniettori erano da cambiare. Sono tornata nel periodo di garanzia per far controllare questa spia e mi è stata data la stessa risposta per ben tre volte "se vuoi togliamo la spia ma è soltanto un avviso" . Ho speso 2000€ per farla sistemare. Presa in giro più volte e io, in questo postaccio, non tornerò mai più !!! I put a star because you can't cheaper !!!! I bought the car and I was told that the distribution had been carried out, plus the engine light had turned on but they had assured me that it was only a "warning" light for the overhaul of the LPG which was to be done in 2022 Moral of the story: the machine has never been distributed and the warning light came on because the injectors had to be changed. I went back in the warranty period to have this spy checked and I was given the same answer three times "if you want we can remove the spy but it's just a warning". I spent 2000 € to get it fixed. Teased several times and I, in this bad place, will never go back !!!

Servizio e cortesia deludenti , personale d'ufficio incompetente, poco adatto nel gestire la situazione ed il disagio del cliente (fonte di guadagno tra l'altro) , penso che Ford Italia debba rivedere questa officina mandando clienti pilota a verificarne l'efficenza , da valutarne personalmente l'operato! Io Mai più ... I think that in life it takes luck a lot of luck, Here this is the only thing I think of this dealership .... Disappointing service and courtesy, incompetent office staff, unsuitable in managing the situation and the customer's inconvenience (source of income among other things), I think Ford Italia should review this workshop by sending pilot customers to verify its efficiency, from personally evaluate the work! I Never again ...
