★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro, in seguito ad un sinistro (incidente con ragione, ndr), poiché convenzionati con Genialloyd.
Il loro intervento ha previsto tra le altre cose:
Sostituzione portiera anteriore sx e posteriore sx.
Dopo il loro lavoro di sostituzione della portiera anteriore, dalla stessa inizialmente provenivano dei forti “clack”. Torno a mostrare il problema e mi viene detto che non era stato registrato correttamente il meccanismo di chiusura.
Inoltre dalla stessa provengono dei rumori di vibrazione che non sono stati in grado di identificare.
Di fronte alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto:
“Eh cosa devo fare smontarti e rimontarti la porta da zero? Per me non è più economico, andrei a perderci”.
Mhm, ok.
Niente da dire, invece, per la qualità della verniciatura.
