★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E il negozio scontato, cioè quando hai bisogno di un paio di scarpe e abbigliamento sportivo io vado sempre lì .poi il personale molto giovane e gentilissimo ,e ti consiglia molto bene

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orribile esperienza a causa del manager del negozio... acquistato un paio di scarpe difettate e non cambiate in quanto lui non vedeva la difettatura quando era evidente; mettendomi in ridicolo nel locale dicendo alla clientela "lei la comprerebbe?" (In quanto presente un minimo di sporco delle suole) fregandosene totalmente e mancandomi di rispetto. Mandando io un'e-mail e non lui a FootLocker si sono accorti subito della difettatura e cambiate. Capisco che lui ha degli standard precisi per riconoscere il difetto ma dovrebbe aprire un po di più gli occhi, capire la situazione e fare il bene del negozio.
Horrible experience because of the shop manager ... bought a defective pair of shoes and not changed as he didn't see the defect when it was evident; making a fool of myself in the club by telling customers "would you buy it?" (As there is a minimum of dirt on the soles) totally caring about it and disrespecting myself. By sending me an email and not him to FootLocker they immediately noticed the defect and changed. I understand that he has precise standards for recognizing the defect but he should open his eyes a little more, understand the situation and do the good of the shop.
