★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito, si trova sempre la taglia giusta. Personale cordiale è corretto nei confronti dei clienti. Infastidito dal commesso che inizia a chiamare “amore” i clienti. Chiami a casa sua chi vuole così, non in un punto vendita TEZENIS.
 Well stocked shop, you will always find the right size. Friendly staff is fair towards customers. Annoyed by the salesman who starts calling customers "love". Call whoever you want to your house, not a TEZENIS point of sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima avevano molta più scelta.Con gli sconti i prezzi non sono su tutti i cartellini e quando vai alla cassa non sai quanto spendi.Ho chiesto alla commessa e mi ha ripetuto il prezzo senza spiegarmi il perché sopra non era scritto.Non posso per ogni cosa andare a chiedere il prezzo scontato dovrebbero essere più chiari.Misure mescolate.Cercavo una canotta e mi è stato detto che la misura più grande non c'era per me che non dovevo cercarla.Non si dovevano permettere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In linea con gli altri punti vendita della catena per scelta e prezzi, si trova più o meno a metà di Via Grande, la passeggiata centrale di Livorno. Il personale è gentile e mai invadente, ci sono spesso offerte e si trovano tutte le taglie. Drammatica la ricerca di un parcheggio, ingresso praticamente impossibile per i disabili.
In line with the other chain stores by choice and prices, it is more or less in the middle of Via Grande, the central promenade of Livorno. The staff is friendly and never intrusive, there are often offers and all sizes are available. Dramatic looking for a parking lot, entrance virtually impossible for the disabled.

Il valore aggiunto viene dato dal personale che vi lavora, sempre cortese e disponibile in particolar modo l'uomo che oltre ad essere un bravo venditore (in cassa ha rilanciato l'acquisto, poi comprato, di un capo in saldo dopo aver visto le preferenze cromatiche di mia moglie) ha sempre una bella parola per tutti. La qualità delle persone conta!
Tezenis in Via Grande in Livorno deserves a five star rating. The added value is given by the staff who work there, always courteous and especially available the man who in addition to being a good seller (at the cash desk has re-launched the purchase, then bought, of a garment on sale after seeing the preferences colors of my wife) always has a nice word for everyone. The quality of people matters!
