Gestione pessima degli effetti degli anziani (apparecchi acustici spariti e scambiati con altri, collana d'oro di cui mia nonna non si voleva mai separare scomparsa..., continui scambi di biancheria (non c'era una volta che mia nonna avesse addosso qualcosa di suo, anche quando è andata in ospedale le hanno mandato una borsa non sua piena di biancheria e pigiami (anche macchiati) di altre persone) anche se fanno mettere le etichette con nome e cognome su tutto quello che chiedono di portare. Gran confusione nella gestione a mio parere. Per fortuna la nonna è rimasta solo pochi mesi, il Signore se l'è portata via.. :-(
Not so good experience on my part. Bad management of the effects of the elderly (hearing aids disappeared and exchanged with others, gold necklace that my grandmother never wanted to part with disappeared ..., continuous exchanges of underwear (there was not once that my grandmother was wearing something her own, even when she went to the hospital they sent her a bag not hers full of other people's underwear and pajamas (even stained) even if they put labels with name and surname on everything they ask to bring. management in my opinion. Fortunately the grandmother was only a few months away, the Lord took her away .. :-(
