A	Aru B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto visita a una familiare quasi un anno fa, non posso che associarmi alla recensione peggiore in assoluto; personale infermieristico e medico estremamente impreparato, talvolta sembrano improvvisare cortesia ma dietro il loro operare si rileva una manifesta disumanità verso chi purtroppo non ha scelta. Ho sentito ospiti anziani chiedere aiuto e constatare l'arrivo del personale moltissimo tempo dopo la richiesta.Probabilmente le recensioni positive fanno riferimento a chi ha preferito albergare a pagamento piuttosto che ricevere la dovuta assistenza dal sistema sanitario per il quale ci viene richiesto il pagamento delle tasse.Il familiare a cui mi riferisco a tutt'oggi risente del pessimo trattamento ricevuto e mi ha giurato che preferirà morire a casa piuttosto che ritornare in quello da lei ha definito un"lager". Consiglierei alla direzione di adottare tutte le competenze e le conoscenze necessarie che la letteratura scolastica insegna per rivestire un cosi' delicato e importante incarico e di prestare maggior attenzione alla scelta del personale addetto al ruolo medico/infermieristico prima che qualche familiare magari con la testa calda e più sanguigna commetta qualche indesiderata imprudenza. I visited a family member almost a year ago, I can only associate myself with the worst review ever; extremely unprepared nursing and medical staff sometimes seem to improvise courtesy but behind their work there is a manifest inhumanity towards those who unfortunately have no choice. I have heard elderly guests ask for help and note the arrival of staff a long time after the request. Probably the positive reviews refer to those who preferred to pay accommodation rather than receive due assistance from the health system for which we are required to pay the fees. The family member to whom I am referring still suffers from the bad treatment received and has sworn to me that he will prefer to die at home rather than return to what she defined as a "concentration camp". I would advise the management to adopt all the necessary skills and knowledge that school literature teaches to cover such a delicate and important task and to pay more attention to the choice of the staff assigned to the medical / nursing role before some family members perhaps with a hothead and more sanguine commits some unwanted imprudence.
