★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pagato regolarmente e puntualmente l' affitto, per mio figlio, per 2 anni e 3 mesi, come da contratto e a tutt' oggi non mi hanno restituito la caparra, nonostante i solleciti fatti. I recapiti telefonici risultano inesistenti. Credo che mi rivolgerò ad un avvocato.
I paid regularly and punctually the rent, for my son, for 2 years and 3 months, as per contract and to date I have not returned the deposit, despite the prompt facts. Telephone numbers are non-existent. I think I will address a lawyer.

A very bad experience, they only care about the apartments when they have to rent them, leaving everything else to the students despite the constant unfulfilled promises. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: se hai un problema è quasi impossibile contattarli ma magicamente diventano reperibili e pressanti se sei in ritardo con un pagamento.
Una fondazione che sulla carta vuole facilitare la vita degli studenti, in realtà vive solo per lucrare sulla grande domanda di alloggi.
Un consiglio spassionato stateci alla larga!!
Bad experience: if you have a problem it is almost impossible to contact them but magically they become available and urgent if you are late with a payment.
A foundation that on paper wants to make life easier for students, actually lives only to make a profit on the huge demand for housing.
A dispassionate advice stay away!
