Un elogio su tutta la linea dalla struttura ,al personale medico ed infermieristico e volontariato. Pazienti e parenti ricevono amore ,comprensione ,sostegno e assistenza in tutto. Un grazie di cuore alla fondazione Wonderful structure and staff. Patients are treated by wonderfully pampered and cared for human beings. A praise across the board from the facility to the medical and nursing staff and volunteer. Patients and relatives receive love, understanding, support and assistance in everything. Nessuno ha chiamato l'ambulanza, L'ho chiamata io.. Meglio tenere a casa i propri cari ! Attention to the guest? Le hanno ridato la dignità che la malattia e gli ospedali le avevano tolto... L'hanno coccolata fino all'ultimo... Per fare un esempio, quando già rantolava le hanno fatto comunque tutta la doccia dicendomi "sua mamma non è ancora morta e qui, fino all'ultimo, le persone vengono trattate da tali e coccolate"... Abbiamo potuto godere della sua compagnia grazie alla stanza singola,e, quindi, alla possibilità di stare in più persone... Ringrazio per la disponibilità, il tatto, la cura, la dolcezza di tutti, dagli infermieri ai volontari, dagli inservienti allo psicologo... Una cura che non è solo per i malati ma anche per i familiari... In ultimo, ma non per importanza, ringrazio il dott Chiesa per aver accompagnato mamma nel suo ultimo viaggio, rispettando le sue volontà ma anche spronandola quando lo sconforto era incontrollabile... Oggi, riascoltando i suoi audio, ne ho trovato uno dove diceva "sto benissimo, sono tutti bravissimi"... Insomma, non avrei potuto scegliere posto migliore. Infinitamente la mia gratitudine. F	Francesca Aldrovandi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre è morto in hospice ormai 3 anni fa..le infermiere sono state degli angeli, cosa che non posso dire del responsabile del reparto..non entro nei dettagli ma una persona con il cuore freddo come la pietra e completamente indifferente alle sofferenze psicoligiche dei familiari dovrebbe cambiare mestiere..non ha assolutamente capito qual'e' l'etica dell' hospice. Noi non dimenticheremo mai. Grazie di cuore SOLO alle infermiere My father died in hospice 3 years ago now .. the nurses were angels, which I cannot say about the head of the ward .. I do not go into details but a person with a heart as cold as stone and completely indifferent to psychological suffering of family members should change jobs .. he has absolutely not understood what the ethics of hospice is.
