★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza, in garanzia volevano sostituire un componente guasto con uno inferiore di un altro modello. Il titolare ha chiuso il telefono in faccia a me e al tecnico. Alla fine avevamo ragione.
Very bad assistance, under guarantee they wanted to replace a faulty component with a lower one of another model. The owner closed the phone in front of me and the technician. In the end we were right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel posto con tanti articoli luce, e difficile trovare un parcheggio davanti al negozio, ma a 100 metri c'è un parcheggio a pagamento, si trova a lato dell'ospedale, ed essendo in piano terra vi è un accesso facilitato per i disabili, meglio andarci nei giorni infrasettimale.
A nice place with many light items, it is difficult to find a parking space in front of the shop, but at 100 meters there is a paid parking lot, it is located next to the hospital, and being on the ground floor there is easy access for the disabled , better to go there in the midweek days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è capitato più volte di passare in negozio quest'anno. Ogni volta sono stato servito con pazienza e sono state soddisfatte tutte le mie richieste. Vastissima gamma di prodotti molto interessanti. Poco dopo dalla settimana del design a Milano, avevano già diverse proposte, che non mi son lasciato scappare. Grazie ancora ci rivedremo.
I happened to go to the store several times this year. Each time I was served patiently and all my requests were met. Huge range of very interesting products. Shortly after the design week in Milan, they already had several proposals, which I didn't miss. Thanks again we will meet again.

Die Beratung ist exzellent und äußerst kompetent. Lieferung und Montage klappten tadellos, pünktlich und verlässlich. Auch ein Garantie-Fall wurde sorgfältig und rasch abgewickelt. Hier wird man bestens bedient und betreut, von meiner Seite kann ich diesen Betrieb nur zu 100% empfehlen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravo a vendere, ma intollerante, saccente e presuntuoso nell'assistenza post vendita. Comprato plafoniera risultata poi difettosa ed è colpa del mio impianto elettrico. Evitate se potete.
Good at selling, but intolerant, pedantic and presumptuous in after-sales assistance. Bought the ceiling light which was later found to be defective and it is the fault of my electrical system. Avoid if you can.
