Dopo un’ora dalla consegna su 30 palloncini commissionati stavano su solo 10. Da premettere che il posto era al chiuso e con aria condizionata accesa (per la serie non si può attribuire al caldo che i palloncini stessero tutti a terra). Abbiamo pagato due euro a palloncino quando in altri posti ci hanno sempre chiesto la metà ma non faceva nulla proprio per non aver problemi di sgonfiaggio e proprio perché il negozio era vicino la location ci siamo affidati a Follie di festa. Abbiamo telefonato prima che iniziasse la serata e ci hanno detto che erano impegnati in una confettata a Ottaviano. Non ci si comporta così! Pessimi! Ogni servizio che vi viene commissionato va onorato! Ci hanno proposto di passare alle 10 di sera? Alle 10? A un primo compleanno di una bambina?!? Non siamo soliti scrivere recensioni negative e ci dispiace averlo dovuto fare ma non ci si comporta così! We commissioned helium balloons and asked them to take them to locations that were only a few meters from the store in the late afternoon. Every service that is commissioned to you must be honored! Did they suggest we switch at 10 pm? At 10 o'clock? On a first birthday of a child?!? We are not used to write negative reviews and we regret having to do it but we don't behave like that!
V	Valeria Casanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non sono molto soddisfatta del servizio, ho acquistato diverse cose pagando un prezzo abbastanza alto per quello che ti dà, da premettere che avrei pagato molto di più se i prodotti fossero stati buoni...il pallone gonfiato ad elio si è sgonfiato in un attimo ,la tovaglia è uscita bucata e i bicchieri erano tutti sbucciati.tral altro quando mio marito ha ritirato il tutto la signora nel negozio ha avuto pure il coraggio di dire che il pallone me l aveva quasi regalato nonostante la cifra alta che ho pagato.in realtà ho ricevuto palloni gonfiati a elio in passato che sono durati settimane nonostante fosse un acquisto economico ?non lo consiglio e ovviamente non ritornerò ?
