Innanzitutto bel locale sia fuori che dentro , tutti gentilissimi e accoglienti. Dopo avere assaggiato tutti gli antipasti che ci hanno consigliato, che erano uno meglio dell’altro concludendo con una signora parmigiana che mi ha fatto commuovere, è arrivata la Pizza che volevo.. Margherita , profumava di basilico con quel gusto alchemico che ti fa perdere il controllo a cui non riesci a dire basta! Torno a casa soddisfatta di aver mangiato queste squisite specialità e di aver conosciuto questa bellissima realtà famigliare ! First of all, a nice place both inside and out, all very kind and welcoming. After having tasted all the appetizers that they advised us, that they were better than the other, concluding with a lady from Parma who made me move, the Pizza I wanted has arrived .. Margherita, smelled of basil with that alchemical taste that makes you lose control that you can't to say enough! Particolarmente apprezzabili gli impasti ed il pane fatto da loro, così come un memorabile panettone artigianale. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ci tornerò per gustare le pizze e i calzoni. Aggiornamento marzo 2022 Mi ero ripromesso di tornare per assaggiare le pizze e così ho fatto. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi tipi di pizze e calzoni Dalla semplice marinara al più sofisticato calzone al soffritto con un ulteriore assaggio della tradizionale pizza fritta. In tutti i casi le pizze sono state davvero molto buone e si distinguono per un impasto particolarmente leggero. Abbiamo avuto modo di provare anche i dolci: una cheesecake molto fresca e davvero buona oltre ad un dolce al cioccolato al latte e riso soffiato che ha sorpreso molto positivamente i commensali. Abbiamo accompagnato le pizze con diverse varietà di birra. Mangiare al Falernum si conferma un'esperienza assolutamente piacevole e da ripetere, anche per merito di Gabriele che gestisce la sala con una disponibilità fuori dal comune. Great food in a clean and comfortable environment and at the right price. Particularly appreciated the doughs and the bread made by them, as well as a memorable artisan panettone. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back to enjoy the pizzas and calzones. Update March 2022 I had promised myself to come back to taste the pizzas and so I did. We tasted different types of pizzas and calzones From the simple marinara to the more sophisticated fried calzone with a further taste of the traditional fried pizza. In all cases the pizzas were really very good and stand out for a particularly light dough. We also had the opportunity to try the desserts: a very fresh and really good cheesecake as well as a milk chocolate and puffed rice dessert that surprised the diners very positively. We accompanied the pizzas with different varieties of beer. Eating at the Falernum is an absolutely pleasant experience to be repeated, also thanks to Gabriele who manages the room with an out-of-the-ordinary availability.

Su due volte che ci siamo ritrovati a mangiare qui, tra l'ordine e l'arrivo della pizza sono passati in media 50-60 minuti. Decisamente troppo. Personale comunque sempre disponibile. Riguardo la pizza, impasto abbastanza delicato e cornicione stile canotto (che o piace o si odia). In generale, a mio modesto avviso, si merita la sufficienza. Consigliato se non avete troppe pretese. The pizza is certainly not bad, but the waiting times at the table are very long, despite the place certainly not full. On the two times we have found ourselves eating here, it took an average of 50-60 minutes between the order and the arrival of the pizza. Far too much. However, staff always available.
