★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati in negozio 20 minuti prima della chiusura senza essere accolti da nessuno dei commessi. Dovevamo cambiare un regalo, ci aspettavamo un minimo di aiuto nella scelta, ma ciò che abbiamo ricevuto è stata solo scortesia, infatti la commessa, sicuramente poco incline alla gentilezza verso i clienti, a più di dieci minuti dalla chiusura, ci ha obbligati a sbrigarci o, in alternativa, tornare un altro giorno. Servizio pessimo, non ci metterò mai più piede.
 We arrived at the shop 20 minutes before closing without being greeted by any of the clerks. We had to change a gift, we expected a minimum of help in the choice, but what we received was only rudeness, in fact the saleswoman, certainly not inclined to kindness towards customers, more than ten minutes after closing, forced us to hurry or, alternatively, come back another day. Bad service, I will never set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati 20 min prima della chiusura e la saracinesca era abbassata. Chiedo a una commessa la gentilezza di servirci volevamo valutare L acquisto di un diamante ma no ha voluto. E’ inaccettabile che in un negozio con esposto l’orario di chiusura alle 20 si trovi chiuso ed è ancora peggio la non disponibilità del personale. L’accaduto risale al 17/03/22 ore 19,40.
We arrived 20 min before closing and the shutter was down. I ask a saleswoman the kindness to serve us we wanted to evaluate the purchase of a diamond but she didn't want to. It is unacceptable that a shop with a closing time displayed at 8 pm is closed and the unavailability of staff is even worse. The incident dates back to 17/03/22 at 7.40 pm.
