β β β β β There's always a queue at this little focacceria, but that's understandable when you sample their wares!
The focaccia genovese (olive oil bread with a sprinkling of sea salt) is outstanding, and with such a high turnover of customers, it's been fresh out of the oven every time I've been.
Staff are friendly and efficient, focaccia is reasonably-priced, and in my opinion, some of the best you'll find in Genoa!

β β β β β Super friendly (the shopkeeper we first talked to went to the effort of getting her colleague who spoke English after it was clear my terrible Italian needed help). Excellent focaccia. I was tempted to go back over and over, except I wanted to try as many different bakeries as possible. Next time I'm in Genova, though, I'm going here first.

β β β β β Focaccia di recco was nice and its taste reminds me of Turkish pastery (bΓΆrek). We also got the pesto one but taste of pesto didn't satisfy us, it could have been better.

β β β β β Tried 4 different types of focaccia here. All were really oily and soggy. The pesto and cheese version was our favourite. Honestly expected better though considering the hype.
