★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fare la focaccia furbetta con lo strutto sono capaci tutti, mentre Titti e Fede la fanno SENZA lo strutto, secondo la ricetta antica. Se la assaggi torni bambino, ottima anche la scelta di salare alla fine con sale grosso, anche questa una mossa antica come diversi testimoni autorevoli in passato mi hanno confermato. Molto buona anche la focaccia al formaggio, quella con le cipolle e le torte genovesi tutte . Turisti e genovesi: non fatevi sedurre dalle sirene altrimenti potreste sbattere con lo scafo sugli scogli ! andate ai Macelli di Soziglia da Titti e Fede e se vi ho contato delle musse potrete smentirmi facilmente !!!!
 Everyone is able to make the crafty focaccia with lard, while Titti and Fede make it WITHOUT lard, according to the ancient recipe. If you taste it again as a child, the choice of salting with coarse salt at the end is also excellent, also an ancient move as several authoritative witnesses have confirmed to me in the past. The cheese focaccia, the one with onions and the Genoese cakes are also very good. Tourists and Genoese: do not be seduced by the sirens otherwise you could hit the rocks with the hull! go to the Soziglia slaughterhouses at Titti e Fede and if I have counted some musse you can easily prove me wrong !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The warm focaccia is excellent. Be careful though, they only accept cards when you buy for more than 5€. The woman in the store forced me to buy 2 unnecessary drinks (to reach 5€€) and was extremely unfriendly. Because the focaccia was so good I would still recommend it though.
