Io personalmente non ho mai notato l'assenza di scontrino ma anzi, scontrino fiscale e di pesata di bilancia. Excellent focaccia, I have been a customer for years and it never disappoints! Fair price and courtesy of the staff. Personally, I have never noticed the absence of a receipt but rather, a receipt and a balance weighing receipt.

Ho poi notato che non lo fanno a nessuno e, purtroppo, i clienti non si lamentano e non lo chiedono. Infatti le tasse in Italia le pagano solo i lavoratori dipendenti e i pensionati. Basterebbe poco... basta un finanziere in borghese che compra una focaccia al pesto (3€ esentasse). Evidentemente si preferisce andare avanti così ... Excellent focaccia with cheese and pesto. I only give them a star because I had to ask them for the receipt otherwise they wouldn't give it to me. I then noticed that they don't do it to anyone and, unfortunately, customers don't complain and don't ask for it. In fact, only employees and pensioners pay taxes in Italy. It would take little ... just a plainclothes financier who buys a focaccia with pesto (3 € tax free). Obviously we prefer to go on like this ...
