Sono stata seguita in tutti gli step del percorso e docente e tutor sono sempre stati professionali e disponibili. La pecca sta nel fatto che bisogna aspettare ben 5 mesi al pagamento e nessuno risponde al telefono. Ora sono consapevole che i pagamenti li effettua l'ente di Sistema Puglia e loro non sono i diretti interessati ma che perlomeno avvisassero i ragazzi prima di frequentare in modo da fare mente locale sul seguirlo o meno, inoltre l'assegno quando mi arrivó era pronto da ben 15 giorni e non sono stata avvisata subito. Excellent courses, well structured and the teachers are very competent. The flaw is that you have to wait 5 months for payment and no one answers the phone. Now I am aware that the payments are made by the Puglia System body and they are not directly involved but that at least they warned the boys before attending in order to make a local mind on following him or not, moreover the check was ready when I arrived for 15 days and I have not been notified immediately.

Stiamo aspettando che ci venga pagato un corso di ottobre/novembre 2020. Per di più, quando chiedi informazioni, non sanno mai cosa dire! Certainly prepared teachers, but as regards the collaboration with Youth Guarantee, I would give 0 stars, if I could! We are waiting for a course to be paid for in October / November 2020. What's more, when you ask for information, they never know what to say!

I docenti erano molto qualificati e sempre disponibili a spiegare nuovamente qualcosa, nel caso qualcuno del gruppo fosse rimasto indietro. Gli argomenti erano sempre interessanti e, quando c'erano quelli più complessi, il docente lo faceva diventare un gioco, così da farci appassionare e capire di più. The topics were always interesting and, when there were more complex ones, the teacher made it become a game, so as to make us passionate and understand more.

Sono passati ben 7 mesi dalla fine del corso e questa cosa NON é ACCETTABILE, non ci sono scusanti anche perché altri enti formativi erogano il pagamento entro due settimane dalla fine del corso. Mi avete bombardato di chiamate e messaggi da parte di 10 persone diverse prima di iscrivermi, per la fretta di non perdere un corsista e poi fate aspettare 7 mesi per il pagamento? Senza avvisare, mandare mail, scusarsi... zero. E la professionalità dov'è? Assolutamente sconsigliato, se volete fare un corso di garanzia giovani rivolgetevi altrove, perché ci sono realtà serie e affidabili, semplicemente questo ente non ne fa parte. Siamo a luglio 2021 e ancora non ho ricevuto né l'attestato (che secondo loro è ritirabile solo di persona presso la sede) né tantomeno la borsa di frequenza. Ho fatto altri corsi con garanzia giovani in cui gli attestati sono stati mandati semplicemente per mail e i soldi sono arrivati dopo poche settimane... Prima di cercare gente per partecipare ai corsi, assicuratevi di poter mantenere la parola data... Delusione! Unreliable entity. My marketing and e-commerce course ended in November 2020. We are in July 2021 and I have not yet received either the certificate (which according to them can only be collected in person at the office) nor the scholarship. I have taken other courses with youth guarantee where the certificates were simply sent by e-mail and the money arrived after a few weeks ... Before looking for people to participate in the courses, make sure you can keep your word ... Disappointment!

L'unico problema è la riscossione della borsa di frequenza... Nonostante da Woom Italia affermino che siano state già liquidate a Maggio, io non ho ricevuto ancora nulla. Ho provato a contattare la segreteria tramite email e telefono, ma nessuna risposta. Last March I completed the Pekit expert IT course and obtained the certification. Available and prepared teachers. The only problem is the collection of the scholarship ... Although Woom Italia claims that they have already been paid in May, I have not received anything yet. Per quanto riguarda il corso in sé non ho lamentele da fare ma direi che aspettare 10 mesi per il pagamento è imbarazzante. Sono ormai giorni che provo a mettermi in contatto e non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Dato che la vostra giustificazione è che non avete ricevuto i fondi, potreste spiegarmi come mai altri enti in Puglia erogano il pagamento nell’arco di pochi mesi dalla fine del corso? La regione fa preferenze? Non credo proprio sinceramente. E soprattutto come mai altri enti rimborsano 500€, quindi ben 200€ in più di voi? I dubbi e le perplessità circa il vostro operato sono innumerevoli. Preciso che scrivo qui pubblicamente per informare eventuali futuri corsisti e anche perché a quanto pare è l’unico modo per ricevere una “risposta”!
