Don't buy graduation crowns, the ugliest crown I've ever seen in my life, very few leaves, many of which are pierced, damaged and even dry. Not to mention the fact that I requested small follies but they are anything but small

Volevo solo un fiore confezionato e ci tenevo a fare una bella figura. La tipa bionda mi ha rifilato un girasole completamente ammaccato. Speravo che si rifacesse con la confezione ma proprio li ha manifestato il peggio dell'incompetenza. Le ho dovuto dire io come fare per abbellirlo (specifico che voleva lasciarmi anche le foglie secche e bucate). Senza contare che è stata tutto il tempo a riempirmi di paranoie su quale maschera usa per i capelli (come se a me importasse qualcosa).
Risultato? fiore cestinato al primo bidone.
Se volete che i clienti siano soddisfatti metteteci gente che sa lavorare. E visto che siete dei fiorai non ve lo devo dire io che L'ESTETICA di ciò che vendete è la prima cosa!
Sconsigliatissimo.
I just wanted a packaged flower and I wanted to make a good impression. The blonde girl has trimmed a completely dented sunflower. I was hoping that it would be rebuilt with the packaging but it showed them the worst of the incompetence. I had to tell her how to embellish it (specific that she wanted to leave me with dry and pierced leaves). Not to mention that it was all the time filling me with paranoia about which mask you use for your hair (as if it mattered to me).
Result? flower trashed to the first bin.
If you want customers to be satisfied, put people who know how to work. And since you are a florist, I don't have to tell you that the AESTHETICS of what you sell is the first thing!
