Während der Weinprobe haben wir dann auch ein paar Einblicke in den Alltag des Fliederhofs bekommen. Die Arbeit, die die Familie leistet, ist phenomenal und spiegelt sich auch in den Weinen wider! Nachhaltigkeit wird bei der Weinmanufaktur Fliederhof sehr gross geschrieben. Die Liebe zur Natur und die fachgerechten Verarbeitung kommen bei der Verkostung zum Vorschein. Mein 6er-Karton wurde mit Lagrein, St. Magdalener und Sauvignon Blanc befüllt - Alle sehr empfehlenswert. Das ist nicht nur meine Meinung, sondern war auch die Aussage meiner Weinfreunde. I took advantage of the sale from the farm and was allowed to have in-depth discussions with the Ramoser family. Sustainability is very important at Weinmanufaktur Fliederhof. The love for nature and the professional processing come to light during the tasting. My box of 6 was filled with Lagrein, St. Magdalener and Sauvignon Blanc - all highly recommended. That's not just my opinion, it was also what my wine friends said.
