i	inmaculada calatayud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ materasso in lattice natura, 160x200 cm, fodera in argento sfoderabile, dopo meno di un anno scomodissimo, non è mai arrivato ai 24 cm di altezza, ma 20 scarsi, fa le buche anche girandolo una volta a settimana ( operazione difficile in quanto è molto pesante) provato a contattare loro per garanzia, mai risposto nessuno. nature latex mattress, 160x200 cm, removable silver cover, after less than a year very uncomfortable, it has never reached 24 cm in height, but scarcely 20, it makes holes even turning it once a week (difficult operation as it is very heavy) tried to contact them for guarantee, never answered anyone.

Appena ho spiegato il problema al titolare, quest'ultimo si è giustificato dicendomi che io ho scelto esattamente quel modello consegnatomi e che l'unica soluzione è applicare un topper morbido sopra. Infine ho chiesto un appuntamento per cercare di risolvere il problema e provare il solito materasso in mostra per capire se fosse davvero uguale al mio, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcun riscontro. Ad oggi mi ritrovo a dover dormire su un materasso per me scomodissimo. I was given a very firm memory mattress when I had chosen and ordered a soft model. As soon as I explained the problem to the owner, the latter justified himself by telling me that I chose exactly that model given to me and that the only solution is to apply a soft topper on top. Finally I asked for an appointment to try to solve the problem and try the usual mattress on display to see if it was really the same as mine, but I never received any feedback. Today I find myself having to sleep on a mattress that is very uncomfortable for me.

Ho comprato un materasso che solo dopo pochi mesi ha fatto una fossa al centro, me lo hanno ricondizionato e dopo nemmeno un mese mi ha fatto nuovamente la fossa al centro a quel punto mi è stato consigliato di comprare un nuovo materasso perché io non ero adatto a quello! Non meriterebbe nemmeno una stella! Bad experience! Avoid it like the plague! I bought a mattress that only after a few months made a pit in the center, they reconditioned it for me and after less than a month they made me again the pit in the center at which point I was advised to buy a new mattress because I was not suitable to that! It doesn't even deserve a star!
