★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma non mi sono trovata bene... due volte che ci vado e due volte che trovo personale antipatico... solo una volta ho trovato alla reception una ragazza davvero gentile ma per il resto assolutamente antipatiche e scortesi
I'm sorry but I didn't like it ... twice that I go there and twice that I find unpleasant staff ... only once did I find a really nice girl at the reception but otherwise absolutely unpleasant and rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio analisi usato per un prelievo del sangue. Personale molto disponibile e struttura pulita. Consegnano un buono per cornetto e cappuccino a chi fa il prelievo. Presente parcheggio auto gratuito a pochi metri.
Laboratory analysis used for a blood sample. Very helpful staff and clean facility. They deliver a voucher for croissant and cappuccino to those who make the pick. There is free car parking a few meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili, premurosi e professionali sia alla reception che l'infermiera del prelievo. Ben organizzati. Offrono la colazione al bar. Precisi con gli esiti degli esami. Ambulatorio pulito e con parecchi posti a sedere.
Kind, caring and professional both at the reception and the pick-up nurse. Well organized. They offer breakfast at the bar. Accurate with the results of the exams. Clean surgery with several seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esprimo un giudizio totalmente negativo. Ho riscontrato scarsa gentilezza e grande disorganizzazione, nonché tariffe più alte rispetto ad altri centri del territorio.
Sconsigliatissimo.
I express a totally negative opinion. I found lack of kindness and great disorganization, as well as higher rates than in other centers in the area.
Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il problema di questo laboratorio è il marciapiede che adduce alla rampa d accesso. Purtroppo, a causa della presenza delle radici degli alberi, la superficie è sconnessa e molto pericolosa per le carrozzine. Senza dubbio la responsabilità è del Comune e non del laboratorio, ma dopo essere caduti non è che la cosa consoli più di tanto.
The problem with this laboratory is the sidewalk leading to the access ramp. Unfortunately, due to the presence of tree roots, the surface is bumpy and very dangerous for wheelchairs. Undoubtedly the responsibility lies with the Municipality and not with the laboratory, but after having fallen it is not that it consoles that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesi e disponibili. Forniscono il servizio della colazione gratuita dopo il prelievo venoso e sono convenzionati con l'asl. Possibilità di bere acqua gratuitamente in sala d'attesa. Purtroppo c'è poco parcheggio davanti la struttura ma dividono un parcheggio libero difronte la strada con il conad city.
Courteous and helpful. They provide free breakfast service after venous blood sampling and have an agreement with the ASL. Possibility to drink water for free in the waiting room. Unfortunately there is little parking in front of the structure but they share a free parking space in front of the road with the conad city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo Laboratorio ha permesso a me e alla mia famiglia di poter soccorrere per tempo mio padre con un prelievo urgente ed una risposta immediata: lo stesso giorno, signori! E quel giorno era di Sabato...Ebbene sì, l'Infermiera è venuta a casa anche di Sabato, perché lei sa che questo lavoro è una missione...??☺️?? Pertanto, professionalità, gentilezza e, soprattutto, disponibilità di tutto il personale fanno di questa struttura un luogo eccellente a cui io sarò per sempre grata. ❤️ Grazie allora per non averci lasciato soli nel caos e nel dolore e, soprattutto, per non averci abbandonati come tante altre strutture che vantano magari anche di buoni nomi (cliniche e Laboratori analisi privati compresi).
This laboratory has allowed me and my family to be able to help my father in time with an urgent sample and an immediate response: the same day, gentlemen! And that day was a Saturday ... Well yes, the Nurse came home also on a Saturday, because she knows that this work is a mission ... ??☺️?? Therefore, professionalism, kindness and, above all, availability of all the staff make this an excellent place to which I will be forever grateful. ❤️ Thank you then for not leaving us alone in chaos and pain and, above all, for not abandoning us like so many other structures that may even boast good names (including private clinics and analysis laboratories).
