★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schermo e touch di iphone rotti dopo una caduta sciocca, sostituiti in un'ora. Da quel momento si sono succeduti una serie di problemi più gravi tra cui impossibilità di poter utilizzare fotocamera posteriore/flash e lesione alla scheda madre. Dopo neppure 10 giorni il nuovo schermo si gonfia e si rispacca e, nonostante coperta di garanzia, avrei dovuto sostituirlo nuovamente aggiungendo anche la sostituzione della batteria (fino a quel momento funzionante), dovendo affrontare nuove spese.
Alla riapertura dello store ufficiale mi riferiscono che tutti quei problemi sono derivati da manomissione.
Staff gentile, disponibile e molto rapido ma purtroppo in ogni caso non hanno risolto il mio problema.
Broken iphone screen and touch after a silly drop, replaced in an hour. Since then, a series of more serious problems have occurred, including inability to use rear camera / flash and damage to the motherboard. After less than 10 days the new screen swells and splits back and, despite covered by warranty, I would have had to replace it again by adding the replacement of the battery (up to that moment working), having to face new expenses.
When the official store reopens, I am told that all those problems are due to tampering.
Friendly, helpful and very quick staff but unfortunately they didn't solve my problem in any case.
