★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad essere un ideale luogo di ritrovo per gente di qualsiasi età, è una palestra ben attrezzata (esistono anche una sala per allenamenti personalizzati e una sala per corsi di danza caraibica, zumba e kick boxing) con personale qualificato. L'ambiente non è mastodontico, ma i prezzi per l'iscrizione e quote mensili sono convenienti, soprattutto è gratuito il periodo di prova. Consiglierei a chiunque questa palestra!
In addition to being an ideal meeting place for people of any age, it is a well-equipped gym (there is also a room for personalized training and a room for Caribbean dance, zumba and kick boxing courses) with qualified staff. The environment is not mammoth, but the prices for registration and monthly fees are convenient, especially the trial period is free. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra rinnovata di recente, certo non dotata di tantissimi attrezzi e di ampi spazi come può essere in altre strutture, ma con tutto il necessario per potersi allenare al meglio, dall'amatore all'atleta, per tutte le età.
E soprattutto, qui trovi professionisti come Ugo, Davide e il resto del team che, a una grande attenzione alla persona, uniscono ottime competenze e una grande simpatia, rendendo famigliare l'ambiente, punto questo debole e sottovalutato dalle cosiddette "grandi" strutture sopra citate, a volte spersonalizzanti e per giunta molto costose.
Continuate così!

And above all, here you find professionals such as Ugo, Davide and the rest of the team who, with a great attention to the person, combine excellent skills and a great sympathy, making the environment familiar, this point weak and underestimated by the so-called "large" structures above mentioned, sometimes depersonalizing and, in addition, very expensive.
