β β β β β Lovely gym with lovely staff. Gennaro at the front desk was amazingly helpful with getting my girlfriend & I passes for the gym (we have staff memberships in Australia). Excellent space with a great vibe. Highly recommended.

β β β β β The gym itself is really nice but the organisation makes you not want to go there.
1. registration took more or less 1 hour: please note that you need to provide your IBAN code to pay for the membership, I had never seen such a thing before in my life.
You will also need a clean bill of health, nobody informed me about it at the 1st appointment.
2. not foreigners friendly, app in available only for Italian market so you need to change your phone settings to book training; the registration is also dedicated to Italian numbers (ten digits long).
3. personally, I do not understand the idea of closing the gym at 8PM on Saturdays (one of most requested days in a week)
4. green number service is totally useless, would be nice to find a direct number to Virgin Napoli Med.
5. anyway, you will not find anything better in Naples so take it or leave it ;-)
