Io andata per le lezioni di zumba di un istruttore e, al momento dell'iscrizione lo avevo detto chiaramente,a settembre mi ritrovo con altri 2 istruttori senza neanche essere stata avvisata. Io come altre iscritte. Le iscritte da più anni dicono che sono soloti cambiare tutti gli anni. Veramente poco professionali e scorretti. Vieni seguito costantemente con l'ausilio di schede personalizzate che vengono aggiornate spesso. Le attività, oltre alla grande sala pesi, sono varie e disponibili per tutta la giornata, garantendo così la possibilità di partecipazione per tutta la clientela. Spogliatoi bagni e docce sempre puliti, con armadietti cambiati da poco. Consiglio. Large and airy gym with an always cheerful and competent staff. Ti chiamano 300 volte al giorno prima di fare il contratto, però se hai bisogno tu di informazioni dopo, non rispondono o non si fanno trovare. Lo scorso anno hanno subito atti vandalici, palestra semi distrutta, nessuno ha avvisato i soci e ci siamo ritrovati prima con un orario di apertura ridotto e poi con un'improvvisa chiusura estiva. Provi a parlare con qualcuno per telefono: si negano tutti. Come compensazione, potevamo andare nell'altra palestra a Monte Sacro (comodissimo) e recuperare i mesi a fine contratto. Non ci hanno ridato un euro. Le comunicazioni avvenivano tramite pratici cartelli affissi all'entrata. Quindi dovevi arrivare lì per sapere che stava succedendo. Un incubo, sono felicissimo di essermene andato. Non iscrivetevi. E se ci sono problemi del genere, affidatevi a un'associazione di consumatori subito: per una ventina di euro di iscrizione mettono in mezzo avvocati e risolvono la faccenda. They didn't give us back a euro. Communications took place via practical signs posted at the entrance. So you had to get there to know what was happening. A nightmare, I'm so happy I left. Do not sign up. And if there are such problems, rely on a consumer association right away: for around twenty euros they put lawyers in the middle and settle the matter.
