Il metodo di allenamento secondo me è molto efficace ma purtroppo non potrò utilizzarlo per dei problemi di salute che ho. Loro avrebbero potuto tranquillamente ignorarli ma invece non lo hanno fatto! La professionalità è di casa in questa palestra! Voi che potete venite in questa palestra! Sono certa che la loro grande attenzione in un periodo così difficile come quello che stiamo vivendo sarebbe ancora più alta a giudicare dai livelli già alti di pulizia e igiene. Dopo la chiusura dei centri, se devo essere sincera il mio corpo ha risentito il mancato allenamento, mi stancavo molto prima, era sempre tesa. Vorrei che riaprissero il prima possibile per ricominciare subito l’attività e rimettermi in forma. Before the lockdown I attended the FIT AND GO center in San Giovanni, I immediately found myself very well, safe with a team of professionals always available, kind and prepared. After the closure of the centers, if I have to be honest my body suffered from the lack of training, I got tired much earlier, it was always tense.
