L	Laura NARDI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che ognuno può esprimere la propria opinione e va rispettata ma ci tengo a precisare che, quando si dice "pochi attrezzi "si intende un solo attrezzo per distretto muscolare allora sono d'accordo,ma ti assicuro che puoi allenare il corpo in toto. C'è un attrezzo per ogni parte del corpo..(è completa). Poi ci può stare che uno preferisca una grande palestra dove trovi 2,3 lat machine , 2,3 chest press ecc piuttosto che una più piccola ci mancherebbe.. come si dice,il mondo è bello perchè è vario ;) Given that everyone can express their opinion and must be respected but I want to clarify that when we say "few tools" we mean only one tool per muscle district then I agree, but I assure you that you can train the body in its entirety. There is a tool for each part of the body .. (it is complete). Then there may be that one prefers a large gym where you find 2.3 lat machines, 2.3 chest presses etc. rather than a smaller one, God forbid .. as they say, the world is beautiful because it is varied;)

Posizione strategica, vicino ai parcheggi Torricella, raggiungibile dal centro grazie ad un comodo ascendere. Ottimo anche il prezzo, soprattutto con gli sconti per gli studenti. Small gym, but it has everything you need for an excellent workout, constantly followed by qualified personnel. Strategic position, close to Torricella car parks, reachable from the center thanks to a comfortable ascent. The price is also excellent, especially with student discounts.

Dopo averne girate diverse posso dire che è una delle poche se non l'unica palestra pulita, molto pulita. Troviamo attrezzi validissimi sia per il funzionale come ad esempio kettlebell, sia per quanto riguarda le macchine e gli attrezzi cardio. La proprietaria è una forza della natura, è lei la colonna portante di questa palestra, simpatica, e super professionale. Sono molto soddisfatta e spero di tornare presto (covid permettendo) aggiungo anche che, i prezzi sono ottimi considerando la posizione che vanta. Gym located in a strategic position, with parking included. After several tours I can say that it is one of the few if not the only clean gym, very clean. We find very valid tools both for functional purposes such as kettlebells, and for cardio machines and tools. The owner is a force of nature, she is the backbone of this friendly and super professional gym. I am very satisfied and I hope to return soon (covid permitting) I also add that the prices are excellent considering the position it boasts.
